We accept eligible returns of both defective and non-defective merchandise, and exchanges are available. A request must be made within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective returns include a change of mind, personal preference, or selection of the wrong item.
Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition with packaging, labels, and included accessories. Returns are sent by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee applies. Do not mail an item back before authorization.
Send the order number, checkout email, and an explanation of the request. For damage, defects, an incorrect shipment, missing pieces, or a material difference from the description, include photographs or video of the item and packaging. Exchanges depend on current stock.
After approval, refunds are returned to the original payment method and processed within 10 days. Financial institutions may need additional time to post the credit.
